Shipping policy

Once your order is received it will take 3-7 days to process and ship. Orders placed during select holidays and weekends will be processed the following business day. During holidays there may be a delay with shipping. If there are any issues with your order please email us at info@elevyn25.com and we will respond within 12-24 hrs.

 

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive your shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there is an issue verifying tour address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve the issue. If after several attempts of contacting you, you do not respond, your order will be cancelled and your money refunded to you.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Elevyn25 Collection, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

As soon as your order ships, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided with your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Elevyn25 Collections is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number states that your order was delivered and you have not received it, please contact USPS directly. Any lost, stolen or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. Elevyn25 Collection DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED.
