Refund policy


You will receive Store credit. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS.

We have a 5 day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a store credit. After the 5th business day the item is considered FINAL SALE.  An item may be exchanged for store credit only if...

- THE ITEM RECEIVED IS NOT THE CORRECT ITEM

To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. ANY WORN OR DAMAGED ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange for store credit, you can contact us at info@elevyn25.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return address, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange for store credit will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, at this time, return shipping costs are non refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned

- Any white items

- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

- Personal care goods (such as beauty products, lip gloss, lip pencils, lip kits etc.)

- Sale/Discounted or Promotional Items

- Orders placed using store credit

- Accessories

- Bodysuits

- Swimwear

- Worn Items

- Washed Items

- Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear

- Hair extensions 

- Mink lashes

- Lash glue pens

 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved for store credit or not. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification with your store credit. Please allow 7-10 business days for us to receive and process your return. All orders place with a store credit is a final sale.

Orders that are refused will be charged a reshipping fee in order for us to ship the package back to you.
